With FileCap, you can also invite a customer, associate or supplier to send something secure with FileCap to you. Just use the invite button from the Outlook add-ins, enter the email address and send the invitation. Want to give visitors to your website or social media page the ability to send you something securely? Then opt for the public invitations. Generate unique links per recipient or have all messages arrive in a fixed mailbox (for example, hr@website.com or info@company.com).

By default, all messages and attachments are sent with email verification code. This means that after opening the message, a second e-mail is sent with a unique code to read the message. Of course, an additional verification method can be added (for example, a code by SMS or a company password) or the default verification method can be changed by the administrator.

Then use FileCap's Public Invitations. Generate a unique link, enter the receiving email address of the department that should receive the documents (e.g. hr@company.com or administration@organisation.com), choose the verification method(s) and place the link on your website.

Is this percentage higher in your company? Then this is still fully included in the price and no extra costs will be charged. Depending on the specific situation, we look together at the most advantageous pricing model.
Yes, FileCap is NTA 7516 certified in 2021 but on May 15, 2022, all certifications of all NTA 7516 certified parties are suspended. Read more about this on our page.
