New SaaS Release and Add-in Enhancements: Everything you need to know
On November 01, we rolled out an important update to our SaaS environment. This release introduces several enhancements that benefit both our partners and customers using FileCap. The new SaaS release and add-in enhancements are designed to simplify and optimize the management of communications and customer accounts. Whether you want to streamline login processes or strengthen your email security, these updates are here to increase ease of use and improve your operational processes.
Key changes in the SaaS release
This update makes managing client environments easier. You can now access all your clients through the main console with a single login, eliminating the need to log in separately for each client. Everything is now clear and centrally accessible. This new functionality is available exclusively to our SaaS partners. Customers with several holding companies can now create a separate FileCap environment for each holding company with its own identity, while managing it from a single administrator account, reducing the administrative burden.
Improvements to the FileCap Add-in
In addition to the SaaS update, we have optimized the FileCap add-in to give users more control and flexibility in their email security. Here are the new features:
- Custom encryption options: The add-in now features an even more user-friendly interface that allows you, with simpler buttons, to choose to encrypt your entire email, secure only the attachments, or invite someone to securely send you an email/attachments.
- Multiple languages: The add-in and portal is now also available in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish. Additional languages will follow soon.
